i just wanted 2 quick hop on & explain my lack of blogging... which, by the way... is KILLING me!! :'( basically my hand still friggin' hurts & is not even close 2 functioning yet.. yes, fml... it's been a long 3 weeks already! i really hope not much longer but i have given up trying 2 estimate as everything i hope 4 is never quite so... i guess it'll work when it's good & ready :( ahhh well, at least i'll have a TON to catch u up on!!!

YAYAYAYA!
So0ooo... funny that after that pathetic little post where I am being a big baby... here I am again!! Pulled a complete 180... people are probably beginning to think I'm bipolar!? Let me assure you, I am not. LOL just a little crazy and filled with emotions that go aaalll over the place. Sowwie ☺
No, in all honesty.. I was just having one of those days, you know!? Argh. I'm not going to go into detail.. there's no need to. I complain enough, bahah. But let's just say I was already having a bad day and to top it off, I spilled my whole cup of coffee AAALLL over my desk -- on my computer, my calculator, my phone, etc etc. so that extremely ticked me off (a drawer was open and it even went IN my desk, come on!! Gimme a break yo) and theeeen, the systems went down at work. Ohh happy day!! LOVE being at a complete standstill.. ahh well! They're up and running, everything's fine. I clearly let shit get to me waayy too easy. Again, can't help it. Back to those crazy emotions of mine.. I'm like a ticking timebomb. Beware ☺ teehee!
BUUUTTTTT.... my day has completely turned around!! What that means is, the issues I was having before have now moved to the back of my mind. So although they are not gone, they are savely stored away for another day... LOL!!!! Healthy right!? Mooooving on..
#1 : I made contact with one of Danielle's friends who are still willing to let me shoot them, even after I made very clear how amateur I am.. LOL! Woooohoo. I haven't received confirmation yet but we've got a plan in motion! Very exciting!!!

#2 : MY PARENTS ARE COMING TO VISIT!!!! My mom booked their flight today and they'll be arriving on the 20th... yaaayyy!!!.. 27 days !!! I can't wait ♥ Both Zach and I have missed them ever so much!! I know him even more than me ☺☺ fuuny thing too, as long as the above "client" confirms.. both of these events will take place on the same day!!!...

Custom FB page!
I can't believe I haven't yet posted about our glorious victory!! ;) bahah, seriously.. GLORIOUS I tell you!! We won that shiiet by a landslide!!! I have amazing friends and family, I feel like I am always saying this but I just can't get over how extremely blessed I am to have the people in my life that I do. They support me in anything and everything!
I have been working with Media Novak the last couple of days and I am very very impressed with what they came up with! I think it's going to be fantastic. I think we've ran through everything we need to, hopefully they successully received my photos (we were having some issues with this!! GRR) and now we're just waiting for the big reveal!! I'm still a little shocked, I can't believe I'm going to have my own page!! Truly exciting... not that it takes much to excite me! 8-)
I have to give quick shout outs to the few people have been my closest support through all of this:
My husband, obviously! Zach is my biggest fan in anything I do but this especially he really seems to have taken an interest in. He is always encouraging me to get out and take photos and he's even in the process of designing a little website for me - how flippin' cute is he!!!
Michelle, as always!! She's my best friend, I've told you before she's here for me through everything. She has helped me daily with EVERY little aspect of this. Even though I know she is a busy bee, she always sneaks in time for me and I am so so grateful! Truthfully, I don't think I could have done any of this without her.
My aunt Sherri who has also been major support, she builds me up and gives me the confidence I need to even share my work. I had 100 pictures I felt were acceptable enough for the page and we had to narrow it down to ONLY 21 ..uhh hello! That's not very much.. lol, difficult task! But she was the first to take the time to do so and get back to me as quick as possible. And we were very much on the same page with most of them :)
And lastly, Danielle!! Who has campaigned for me on her facebook and in a span of 20 MINUTES came up with like seven different people who are willing to let me shoot them! Not to mention, one of them is a pretty "major" gig for me. One of her friends is an up and coming DJ and would love some promotional shots. So hopefully I'll be able to assist him in getting his name out there and in the process, he'll be helping me get mine out. How AWESOME!!! Next Saturday already... eeps! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous as balls but I'm going to give it a go! And she's promised to join me for moral support! She's the best!!!

I love my bestie!
I think I've already dedicated a blog to the ultra-fabulous Michelle Hacker (have I!? I don't even know.. losing track of myself here... LOL!!..) but even if I have, here's another!!! And goes to show you just how much she deserves it :) I honestly am just so grateful she came into my life. Well... back into it!!! I have known her for many many years now, I think we're going on 7 or 8! Woooowee that's a long time, I like it!! Unfortunately after highschool we drifted for a few years, as many people do. But somewhere along the way life brought us back together. And now our friendship is full force!! No matter what kind of mood I'm in or what kind of day I'm having... she is ALWAYS there!! To listen to me rant, listen to me cry, listen to me ramble, listen to me gush.. all of it, she's there. Every morning I look forward to my BBM from her and from there we just kind of blah blah blah all day long! There is never a dull moment with us, that is for sure. *insert snicker here!!! hehehe* And the amount of things we have in common, or the amount of "pages" we are always on together never ceases to amaze me. She's like the sister I never had, better yet my twin.

After a pretty extensive list, she pulled out all the stops yesterday and came up with a really really awesome one and I've decided to go with it... Treasures Withstanding Time (aka TWT Photography by SJ Arsenault). Kuuuudo's to you and your brain power! I definitely never could have come up with something so great! And meaningful... ♥
A lot of you will know what the TWT stands for, but if you don't... you don't really need to. It's just something that's important to me and I feel I don't really need to explain myself. :) You wanna know something even cooler!?!! She already has a logo in her head too!!! Damn she's good hey!?!! We're going to work together on bringing it to life ;) LOL!

So0ooo today I turn to you dear blogger because I'm a little stuck! I'm hoping at least SOME of my FB/twitter friends read you and are willing to offer some suggestions :) But if not, ah well... I always have Michelle, (LOL!!!) who by the way has already tossed forth some wicked ideas. I love that she's someone I can always turn to. For pointless silly things like so or when I really and truly need someone there for me, she's literally just a bbm away ♥
Anyways, back on topic... I need some suggestions on what to call my "photography"... you know, like a name or whatever. Mostly to tag my photos, and start a site. (soon followed by a logo but one thing at a time!! Lmao) I came up with a few ideas I was totally stoked on and gooo figure, they're already taken. OF COURSE!!! Right!? Ahh well... someone beat me to it. What can I say!? Great minds think alike.
Here they are: Love Life Photography, Sweet Pea Photography, SJ Photography, TT Photography, Live.Laugh.Love Photography ....BASTARDS!!!
I was hoping to go for something that didn't incorporate my name so it could follow up with "by... whatever I feel like calling myself." Which, by the way, I'm not quite sure on that yet either! My real name is obviously Samantha, but I rarely use it... it just sounds weird... and far too formal so I was thinking of cutting it down to sammijo, SJ, etc.. but perhaps formal is what I should go for!? Ahh... I don't know. So many decisions! I think I'd like to stay on the fun and quirky side of things... because that's who I am! And that's what I want my pictures to represent :)
So all I have left on my personal list are: Forever 23 Photography and Gingerlove Photography ...orrrr... we could roll it back all together and just go with my name. Kind of lame but I'm running out of options here!
